Frequently Asked Questions

  • I already have a Lynk account/profile. How do I get premium status?

    Log in to book.lynk.ie and from "Profiles" select the option "Get Premium".

  • Who can become a premium customer?

    Anyone with a card can become a Lynk Premium Customer. Just go to lynk.ie/business-premium and get started.

  • Are premium customers prioritised differently to non-premium customers?

    Yes. Premium customers join the Premium Q which has priority over the classic Q. Premium customers are all served before classic customers.

  • Will all of my bookings be on the Premium Q?

    All bookings placed on your Premium Profile and booked at least an hour in advance will be in the Premium Q. First, you must always make sure you are placing your booking against your Premium profile or account. Second, only pre-bookings (at least one hour in advance) are prioritised as Premium.

  • Is service guaranteed as a Premium Customer?

    What is guaranteed is that your booking will be dispatched ahead of all classic customers in your area who require a taxi at that time. So you get better service. Taxis are not guaranteed to be on time.

  • Do I get premium service whether I book by app, web or phone?

    Yes. All bookings placed on your Premium Profile whether you book by App, Web or phone will be on the Premium Q. Always remember to mention your Premium Profile when booking by Phone.

  • What is the cost to me for being a Premium Customer?

    Just complete one or more trips per month and get Premium for free. Monthly cost is discounted off your first trip each month. Premium+ customers pay additional costs.

  • Can I lose the Premium status?

    If you abuse the service you can lose your Premium status. For example, If you are abusive to your driver or their car, if you book taxis and fail to travel when your taxi arrives, or if you book taxis and cancel them after they are on route to you may lose your Premium Profile.

  • What do I do If I no longer want to be a Premium Customer?

    Simply email customerservice@Lynk.ie at least 7 days prior to the end of your current monthly Premium subscription cycle stating your Premium profile account number and asking to have your Premium subscription cancelled.
