Pass your SPSV entry exam
Book and pass your SPSV entry exam. The exam is split into two sections, Industry & Area. You must score 75% or higher in each section to pass.
Apply and pay for SPSV licence (€250)
Once you pass, you can apply for your licence. This is paid directly to the National Transport Authority.
Complete PSV15 form
Go to your local Garda PSV office and complete the PSV15 application form.
